Thanks for the response. I am not in a position to discuss the historical shortcomings of company management in any meaningful way, though I am not impressed by the lack of personal share purchases by board members. What I have observed here though is a distinctly negative change in tone from some posters between the pre and post capital raise periods. This somewhat gives the impression of sour grapes. While that may not be entirely unwarranted, this end of the market is unfortunately rife with appallingly managed capital management practices, some much more egregious than what occurred here.

That is history, yet the timing of this very significant distraction risks diminishing what could be achieved from this point on. If it was possible for me to have any assurance that the alternative proposed would result in better exploitation of both the short term and longer term opportunity I could get enthusiastic for it.
