I am a simple person and I don’t claim to understand what is going on the the cut throat world of junior ASX/TSX M&A. All I know is SVM previously offer 3c + and extras and the deal fell over. Share price now is 1.2c, SVM took part in CR so have some interest. I think that is a buying opportunity as they may come back with another offer.
TBH 3.5c no spin co, 50/50 cash/scrip. Support from board, sign it up. I don’t know why, but SVM don’t seem to be the best at getting these acquisitions to finalise. Maybe this time is different.
