Wow just seen the GM vote of free shares, it's been and gone... I am so P'd with myself for missing this vote as was away dealing with an urgent family matter. I am really angry that the free shares got passed... No way should any director be given free shares when our SP is a right mess... Seriously not impressed with the IXR board and the SH's who voted for the free shares as well...
In any case our votes would have only increased the against vote to mid 30's %, enough for a REM strike if was to be voted on at an AGM.... If SP still remains under 5c by next AGM, then yes, they will certainly get a strike against the REM report.... IXR board lift your game and get out of the corporate trough and reward SH's should be the priority, as you are all remunerated well imo...
