The funding arrangements were never contingent on the resolution of the production issues. This was only something shareholders were speculating at the time, so it was making the rounds on the forum. Whether it became the case or not, you'll remember actual guidance from the company themselves was offtake/funding to be finalised in line with expansion approvals (nothing to do with on-going production issues).

His statement of funding discussions may needing to be paused if other production issues arise is again, pure speculation. I'm not saying this particular statement is incorrect, only that this has not been advised by the company.

Latest guidance is partner will be sorted in line with 10ktpa engineering works completion and contractors assigned, and that an international investment bank will be doing the heavy lifting.

We all know their "guidance" is not much to go by. But still doesn't change the fact that his statements were never the case originally.
