Its simply a disgrace. Both JF and the more importantly the Chairman for enabling it. There is clearly one action available for the Board and that's to sell SPL. Developing anything more is a waste of shareholder funds IMO. No to radiotherapeutics and already spent enough money on ADC's.
If Directors really believe in SPL, it's time to put some real money up. Surely SPL can't still be in blackout. Time to put up or put it up for sale.
