What has Joel got to do with Commsec rules and regulations. Maybe you should have done your own DD in regards to where your shares went and where you wanted them to end up. Plenty of others and myself posted about Westpac and Tiger. I went from CS to Westpac to CMC at a cost of $25USD. Maybe you should have opened another account at another broker like most of us did. It's on you not management. Right from the get go we were told that CS would end up as registry and up to us to move them from there.
