"Robust" is trade talk for we might be in a bit of strife and will need to go cap in hand, or the budgetary needs into the future might be understated...
On the positive, the charts tell us that the SP has intersected it's 3year 200 EMA, so may pivot around this region.
If not, then a trend reversal is evident, but as numerous analysts keep articulating, this is a strong small cap oiler.
Am currently watching for a new entry...
