How is it that IMU can make a price-sensitive announcement (without a halt) that may or may not be, the result of something that may or may not be related to a deal, a trial outcome, a conflict, whatever, that they didn't / haven't announced? Memo: PH & LC - right now is absolutely the time for an explanation (as I'm sure you've heard from your Insto's).
