I doubt they need to expand EU facility for a 10 D523 order when they previously stated they can pump out 2 per week where they are!
As we all know they are installing a D623 at Airbus with a larger system at Titomic.
Whether they need more room for this alone is unknown however one can hope there’s more to it then meets the eye
