Spid81 this doesn’t mean the interest free period does not need to be repaid…The fire sale will hopefully raise enough funds so the lender can be refunded…It’s all becoming very clear now and this is fire sale needs to happen sooner than later at what ever the offer is…It will most likely be way lower than expected considering the cash burn and maintenance issues…All leverage is gone IMO
No liquidity to get out, holders are at the mercy of this fire sale…Terrible situation to be in right now
