The 60/40 is known but what I am curious is the $ to be raised from the current shareholders. The equity component can also come from offtake partners or sophisticated investors but I would like to see the rights for us, shareholders.
Also, the amount to be raised in total - how much altogether? I guess we can speculate but I await with eagerness the release of such info on Monday.
I was also hoping that SP was higher than 50c, to avoid dilution but the market is just generally very cautious so I guess we just need to get on with the job and get the project going.
