This is a Chapter 11 restructuring. It's a prepackaged "out of court" settlement ... if its not approved by anyone party then it goes to a Ch 11 bankruptcy court. This life support at best. I hope 5EA can find a way back from this ... but I doubt it and I've written my investment off. Rarely do the early equity investors see a return from this.
Oh well ...
