What revenue stage/ sales driven company survives solely on capital raisings?
in the sales world you’re paid a small retainer and commission on top. If you don’t make any sales in a short period, you’re fired. In the ASX world you get paid your commission even before a sale is made. You can go two years without ever making a sale but still continue to get paid and rewarded. The idiot shareholders keep voting to pay performance bonuses despite not performing because they’re worried you’ll quit if held accountable
2024 AGM is going to be a shit show if not one material deal is delivered between now and then
