@Blueyonder They have emphasised no CR required a few times. Footnote, I believe is a standard disclaimer. Let us not forget, Chalice is being approached and speaking to multiple parties to find the best suitable partner. They will be looking at both debt and equity options as to get the required the funding. Obv can go either way if update is received negatively, but with it being beaten down so much, positive news will be received well and hopefully there is more upside than downside... Good luck
