OMG that will be a total disaster.
I've been here since before the SS myself and have been totally convinced that this is a great company to be invested in, like you saying there have been a few concerning factors of late, they have been announcing a lot of price sensitive announcement over the past 2/3 months trying to get the SP higher to do a CR which hasn't worked, now they may have found themselves in a position where they have no choice.
1.3c is a disaster, I'm already down 48%.....
