Put in a bid to sell at $1.2, doubt it will get filled. In my experience a company who has a proven record of not being fully transparent to shareholders (take over offer) or potentially misleading them (no further dilution) with incorrect information, will do it again to shareholders without giving it a second thought.
Management is overly focused on pandering to the sophs, hopefully, we retailers will benefit from whatever CE has planned as the end goal.
