The placement offer was far too cheap - no wonder it was taken up pronto. Still don't get why they couldn't have funded this from existing available cash since the offer was only for $3mill - would still have cash leftover and unused facility available - should it be required - plus, why didn't they place a spp to existing holders - it's not as though they were desperate for funds - though appearing that way?
As for sp market reaction - let's hope it's positive - if so, the uptakers are already smiling and of course holders may have a few too. Lets see how well the money will be spent next and how this current Q report shapes up.
In any event, at these levels, support does not seem to be a problem - though dilution means more SOI - could have been avoided. AIMO
