They went to China becasue they will be the only ones that will buy the "liquid" spod ignoring EIA concerns.
That's if they are even allowed to extract and ship from the salar without replenishment (see salar EIA wide study called for by gov)
No one else in Argentina will be able to take it without an EIA.
Us laymen might say it's nothing but gov like to tick boxes some that take years.
So they are spruiking what seems like a good idea but there are a lot of hurdles.
MOU's aren't contracts, ponds aren't inventory, no EIA's done there's a lot of embellished comms.
