It's unfortunate, I respected your posts on multiple forums but attacking posters for highligting risks in the broader business cycle and labeling it "self-interest" really only paints yourself with the same brush.
Do I think you could purchase the business, strip the property portfolio out, restructure the business and make a killing? Yes. On that basis it's an opportunity. In fact, at no stage did I say the business was overvalued, I just highlighted the risks the business faces.
