Was wondering that myself after looking at Propunters table above (looks like a decent resource). First thing I came upon after simply trying to find their ticker was a story in the AFR, March 8th about "Diamond" Joe Gutnick who it also says had been running Mazel, being banned for four years from managing corporations by ASIC. Supposedly was related to his role in a couple of other companies, but still.

Will look into it further but already a massive red flag for me. Have recently come to realise how important ethical management is (no matter how good the resource seems), especially at this end of the market where they can seem to get away with anything. Have recently been severely burned myself and will definitely take a much harder look at management in future investments. Not saying anything untoward has been going on there, haven't really looked into it yet, just like I said, not the first thing you want to come across when initially trying to research a company.
