I wonder if the lower SP in relation to fair value has any thing to do with ESG and bigger instos not having additional scope to invest on these polluters! I had a similar situation couple of years ago with WHC, they were printing cash, the SP was well below the company value. Eventually it went from $2 to $10 (there was a swan event in there with Ukraine) but because it was seen as a dirty company, the big instos did not make it in the register... at least not to a substantial holding level.
