I'm not sure zz. I don't understand why they didn't use the 5 day VWAP price at the time of the SPP announcement as the issue price. I haven't seen this before. Must have been the advice of cannacord but i don't understand why. Strange timing for another webinar this week. We just had one following the quarterly. Seems like a mess to me. 3 CRs in one calendar year. Why not just raise $10mill on one raise? Dogs breakfast this stock.
