Maybe there might be raised another opportunity to push Johors funding forward. Perhaps in fact of creating new supply chains to feed the EV-revolution in germany, ATCs Silumina and Cerenergy production may profit, cause of the improving of the economical relations between Germany and Malaysia.
Greenbonds and a funding of germanys government woud give a nice substantial cushion to bring Johor forward.
