Lanshen plant is legit.

In 12 months we can have a 3ktpa module. Then add modules. The only unknown is the reinjection. But this is Argentina and this is in the middle of nowhere. Plus Eramet is starting now 25ktpa plant with same DLE system and reinjecting underground in Argentina.

LEL can not throw away Lanshen deal and 3 years of MRE definition like a Coward.
