The only thing constant is change and for this crowd to come and want some of our dirt patch for themselves, do you not think that they would have done some extensive dd before making an offer.

This could have great benefit for those who have a foot in the door and valuing this at $400 mill this early in the piece makes me think that our little piece of US dirt could eventually be worth multiples of that and especially so if the experts we are dealing with come up with a value adding processing tech which is a little friendlier to the environment.

Never say never and simple economics say demand for the sh1t underground could be very substantial when geopolitics is also in the mix
