The trouble now is what to believe and why believe it??
What has been true and will any upside not be subdued anyhow given the track record? Takes a long time to regain confidence.
Communication has been terrible, almost evasive.
If the supppliers provided faulty plant they would be happy because no one would know if it does not get built. Investors just do their investment unfortunately and others make out like bandits possibly. Hopefully this is not the case but one wonders
