To actually shoot this stock up they actually have to do over and above what they promised before and the lenders and other investors have to tick off on it. That is becoming less likely, ignoring the fact of any possible further degeneration. Something has to give surely
It is not like they came out an said we apologised for those previous construction timelines, this happened, that happened, we are now in the current situation keeping existing investors up to date.
