Received an almost identical response from Mr Craigie this morning - I'm genuinely beginning to think that the EPA is lying about the DCCEEW needing to review and provide feedback on the RtS, and that the EPA is simply looking for a reason to delay things so that they don't have to start the 6 week timer on Stage 4, and/or start writing the report. Either that, or Mr Craigie is simply completely unaware of the current status of the PER and the fact that the ball is currently (allegedly) sitting in the DCCEEW's court..
