Interesting.. I'm inclined to agree with you. But if anything, surely the less overall participation in this repriced raise, the more likely it is that this re-pricing or Cannacord exit-clause-utilisation keeps happening, and the more likely that we do in fact death spiral? Aren't we, in a way, almost better off of ensuring the long-term continuation and success of the company by attempting to participate in the CR (rather than buying on-market), to ensure that our funds go to keeping the company lights on, rather than lining the pockets of some trader?
