    I don't think that my "interpretation" of what Jesus said to Peter contracts the narratives that describe Jesus as the Son of God and your other points.
    To me, my interpretation is the clear and obvious "interpretation".
    Anyway, I'm sure that @wotsup is delighted to find a poster that agrees with him on a point.
    Although he seems to think of disagreement as some sort of confirmation that he is correct.
    I digress.
    I'm happy to agree to disagree. I hope that you are too.
