If you are a follower of Christ it is obvious that the Eucharist is important. Maybe from your posts, you are not a follower of Christ. I didn't claim that I know whether or not the Eucharist is a requirement to be saved/justified. I believe that the Biblical narrative shows that Jesus's teaching is more than justification and salvation but to enrich lives by providing means for people to get closer to him as I believe the Eucharist does.

The point being made, it is NOT to be taken in the context that the CC do, as though your Literally eating Jesus = SATANIC. It could quite easily be a piece of bread taken from your fridge, NO ritual done on or over it first. It is simply taken to represent the Body he gave up -> The Message entwined in it.
