I put it to you that the mother of all scoffers are the religious themselves who don't even have a clue what they are preaching to others, just like the Pharisees, just like the people in Noah's day. You get so over-bloated on the culture and intent of your belief that its very reality escapes you completely. It's more about sounding and appearing religious that paying attention to the very elusive truth scripture reveals. Just like the doctors of religion who spend 90% of their religious energy on wearing silly hats, dressing in high camp and waving incense in peoples faces. Everything in your world begins and ends in words.

Religion hides behind a veil of word soup, but there is also reality to contend with and your God is just as engaged with reality as He is with the abstraction of spiritual reality. So again, take any prophecy concerning Jesus return and it can be shone that it has come to pass. Your Jesus returned in a way that you have failed to grasp, or the Bible is a book of lies, you choose.

If you had the least bit of sincerity you would use your own words rather than cut and paste. The way of holiness is to get real, give it a try.
