The only reason to sell at a distressed price is if LTR get's into financial trouble.
Almost impossible to go bust if you are cashflow positive and have no debt. If LTR can make it to production and generate free cash there is no reason Gina or CE would ever be able to steal LTR.
Investors now have to have faith that they have enough capital to make it through the next few years, because if they don't the next capital raise will get pretty ugly.
The only reason to sell at a distressed price is if LTR get's...
