Yep it's a race to get the raw materials into the factories at these current low prices.
It will be exponential growth and will correlate to the same exponential growth for the stuff in the ground.
Given all the regulatory heavy lifting has been done (before any other new projects I might add) and money is the only real hurdle and this hurdle is disappearing day by day, buying CXO even at these prices could seem cheap one day in the not too distant future.
