Yes "If" is an accurate assessment.

"Silver manias are very rare"... not a truer statement made. Very very rare, which is why people have lost a lot of money trying to catch the train, that never arrived over the past 12+ years.

Its fair to say that paper money is more prevalent to manage true price discovery than in 2008-11, which is part of the reason there's been no breakout.

When it does break out (assuming no false BO), and then retests, then its worth a shot. Not before.

That aside, the next question is what asset do you leverage to make money? Not sure BML is the correct one based on the fundamentals.
