IMHO,
The shorts are at a 3 year high due to rising interest rates affecting discretionary spending.
I won't be waiting for 3 dollars, preferably buying on dips because if they announce a 13C Fully Franked Dividend in August or higher,
This will put a rocket under their share price, as there will be short covering!
But the risk is if the dividend is less, you are buying too high!
