* Well the TOP 20 as someone recently pointed out still has some big holes at the top 1st =25.18% 2nd 3.47%
* Cannot say communications have improved
* Governance has a few more teeth
* Contracts ? well the ones on the scoreboard have been "bought" so now much progress there.
