Because he's picking up a shitload of salary and when he pisses off he'll still be picking up a shitload of pension and accountable for not even one miniscule moment for any of his actions as a minister. Even if he's sacked he'll still be rolling in taxpayer dollars ....the system is busted and needs to be replaced asap.
