Merry Xmas Moosey, I am pleased to see that you now acknowledge that there is buying and selling by brokers engaged by interested parties to manipulate share prices. At the extreme it is a pump and dump. With a tightly held stock like SLX it is relatively easy. There are numerous examples of this prior to a cap raise or prior to a takeover. For example just look at the trading in ABC recently
