Put it this way, before any of the thousands of juniors .002-.01 stocks will move usually bigger stocks like CHN will move 1st as the major indicator that liquidity is coming back into the market.
And to be honest imo all those thousands of .002-.01 stocks with hardly any cash left to survive are probably going to zero eventually as its getting harder & harder to raise capital.
The current Bear Market in the last 2 years will eventually come to an end, its just another Market Cycle.
