I believe I've replied to you before..I see you are going on with the same rhetoric...it could get there in one day...Capex won't be anywhere near $2bn for the higher grade starter operation, imo it could be <$500 million, which I believe will attract a decent partner. Then the successive stages to make a larger operation could be self funding...Imo this will be mined, Aust gov't will want it to be mined as one of the largest deposits of critical metals in the world...Watch the announcements, see how they go.
