Roughly a 4 year low right back to the time before it went on a bull run multi-year phase.
When the mining plan was announced with some detailed costs, the ST $3,37 region triggered a lot of volume activity, with plenty of resistance volume if the price should reverse. I don't know much about volume analysis but at this type of low, I am thinking it is an exhaustive reversal point.
