This has got to be a joke we are lead to believe from the AFR and Australian not to mention the rumours that they are trying to raise 60 mill$ and its 8c yeah so the company under this arrangement will be massively diluted edging close to 1.9bill shares. If its a condition of refinancing it reads as some of the loan has to be paid back with that 60 mill. Fees for the raise will be in 4-6 mill range if not higher , money down the toilet.
Now AMA Group is under suspension for failing to lodge its half yearly on time FFS and directors are jumping ship you see this kind of stuff on penny stocks that are going down
