To fill out, the reason for revenue not growing the way it forecast is that not enough businesses are hiring new stuff. High interest rates are making businesses pause. This will recover when businesses are not hit by high interest rates. The two issues are related, quite apart from servicing the debt.
Another non holder buzzard here is yapping about the Covenants. There is no breach of covenants. It will simply take longer to service the debt.
