    But there is no hard evidence that it is caused by 0.04% of the atmosphere. I don't disagree that the earth's temperature has fluctuated during the past 4.5 billion years.

    What is the normal you may ask.

    Maybe normal was 1000 years ago when the Vikings lived in a ''green'' Greenland until a mini Ice Age made it uninhabitable.
    Can we blame the CO2 for that?
