if the board saw all this happening you have to wonder why it was they didn't have a contingency in the background gaining pace instead of being caught on the hop and having a member of an already anaemic board step in to take on the role of Director and CEO of one company as well as being the CE of another company during a massive period of price risk.....
maybe BL was a dud, but the last 12 mths doesn't exactly scream competence viewing from the outside.
