so you think it is NOT a conspiracy that management are not doing their best for the company’s success. THAT they are lazy and inactive. So why even bother with the company - go elsewhere - ignore it unless perchance a competitor is putting you up to dissing the company and in PHARMA that doesn’t happen of course!!
