Long wicks represent a reasonably strong rejection of a price level, but you probably know that. I guess you're asking which of the two is dominant.
You could look at the course of sales and see how much buying & selling is within each candle. If equally balanced, you could draw lines from each wick and trade in the direction of the break.

Thanks float, I was looking at the bar between the two doji's and the two green bars after the second doji and thinking the sellers may now be exhausted ???

The doji's had way above average daily volume as seen below.
