seriously - butt that guy has no idea what he is talking about ..
we all know that a few persons, with some scuba gear.. hired a boat/yacht .. then went over the side - with a few sticks of gelly ,, and a box of matches ... lit the fuse - swam away and just in time, got back to the boat/yacht and sailed away .. and then KABOOOM KABOOOOM AND KABOOOOMMM (One stick of gelly got wet and failed to explode)
