Why on earth do you think the market would see that as a bad thing? The shares crashed 10 weeks ago after DGL announced that there was less cash on the balance sheet and since then many, including Henry himself, have acknowledged that shareholders blame the company's poor price performance on Henry's way over-the-top M&A program. I think the market would be pleased to see no more M&As until 2H 2025.
